Level 1 Course – Spring Session I (March 2010)
- Prerequisite: Introductory Course
- Goal: deepening practice and understanding of the Level 1 exercises
- Length: 8 weeks
- Price: $79
- Wednesday 5:45-7:15pm, starting March 3 (ends April 21)
- Thursday 7:30-9:15pm, starting March 4 (ends April 22)
- Saturday 9:00-10:30am, starting March 6 (ends May 1)
Level 2 Course (intro) – Spring Session I (March 2010)
- Prerequisite: Level 1 Course
- Goal: introduction to Level 2 exercises
- Length: 8 weeks
- Price: $79
- Monday 5:45-7:15pm, starting March 8 (ends May 3)
Level 2 Course (cont.) – Spring Session I (March 2010)
- Prerequisite: Level 2 Course (intro)
- Goal: deepening practice and understanding of the Level 2 exercises
- Length: 8 weeks
- Price: $79
- Sunday 10:00-11:30am, starting March 7 (ends May 2)
- Tuesday 5:30-7:15pm, starting March 9 (ends April 27)
- Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm, starting March 10 (ends April 28)
Level 4 Course – Spring Session I (March 2010)
- Prerequisite: Level 3 Course
- Goal: introduction to Level 4 exercises
- Length: 8 weeks
- Price: $79
- Tuesday 7:30-9:15pm, starting on March 9 (ends April 27)
Add a Class (with a Course)
Intensify the practice and experience by adding one class per week.
Get a 6 or 8 class pass and use at your convenience - drop in to a General Class or join another course (ask your instructor which course has space available).
Price: $30 for 6 classes, $40 for 8 classes (incl. GST)
Valid for the duration of the course.
