This class is designed for those who have either recently become vegetarian or just want to explore delicious vegetarian cuisine. The recipes are simple and nutritious. At each class you will learn about spices and properly balanced diet. We will try to make everything from scratch, and to use mainly organic food. Often, we use Indian Ayurvedic recipes as they are very well balanced.
