Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life - Vancouver

We are a non-profit organization offering classes according to the system "Yoga in Daily Life". We offer:

  • Yoga classes (level 1-8) including Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation, and meditation. (see schedule)
  • Classes in Chinese Language (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Spiritual Talks, bi-weekly (see events page)
  • Workshops, monthly
  • Vegetarian cooking classes, monthly
  • Satsang, monthly meetings with video lecture, discussion and Bhajan singing, by donation (see events page)
