Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life - Vancouver

We are a non-profit organization teaching classes according to the system "Yoga in Daily Life". We offer:

  • Regular classes (level 1-8) including Asanas, Pranayam, relaxation, and meditation. (see the schedule)
  • Special classes "Yoga for back and joints". (see the schedule)
  • Classes in Chinese Language (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Spiritual Talks, bi-weekly (see the events page)
  • Workshops, monthly
  • Satsang, monthly meetings with video lecture, discussion and Bhajan singing, Sunday 6pm, by donation (see the events page)

6 Week Introductory Course

2 Courses starting May 12th and 15th

Get a systematic, progressive, 6 week long introduction to Yoga in Daily Life, one class per week.

Courses Schedule:

  • Monday at 7:30 pm, May 12 - June 23 (May 19 off)
  • Thursday at 7:30 pm, May 15 – June 19
  • Summer Special Offer: $49 (incl. GST). Registration and payment required before the starting date.

    BONUS: Free entry to the Wednesday Lectures on May 7 & 21, June 4 & 18.
