Developed by Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda (affectionately known as Swamiji), a living descendant of a long line of respected yogis, in consultation with doctors and physiotherapists, it offers the full benefits of yoga – promoting not only strength, relaxation, and flexibility but also overall health and harmony of the body, mind, and soul.
